1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy relates to the website VIVI CITY ("Site") managed and operated by the company Marisdea s.r.l.s., with registered office in via Benedetto Croce 37, 84100 Salerno - VAT number IT05305350653 ("Marisdea").
To provide the Service, we collect certain information about our users. The information we collect is the information we need to provide the Service and provide you with a personalized experience. The person responsible for processing personal data, as identified in Article 4, is committed to protecting the data of users.

Marisdea S.r.l.s., in line with Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter "Privacy Code") and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR"), aims to ensure the privacy and security of personal data of each visitor in accordance with the provisions of this Policy. This Policy is intended as information pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Code and Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.

2. COLLECTING INFORMATION AND CLOSING AN ACCOUNT
In the different phases of use of the Site, the types described in paragraphs 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 below will be collected.

7. INTERACTION WITH OTHER SERVICES AND INFORMATION SHARING
As part of the Service, Marisdea may use third party services, such as Google Maps and your device's hardware components such as WiFi, GPS and the mobile network to determine your location non-permanently and in order to personalize the Service experience for you and other users. If you do not want your location identified, you have the option to disable geo-location from the settings menu of both the mobile application and the website. In these cases, however, you will not be able to use the functions of the Service that are built around the location services where this function is enabled by Marisdea.
If you connect Marisdea to Facebook and/or Twitter or other social networks and that connection is made possible by Marisdea, information about some of your activities and interactions with the Service may be shared with those social networks and processed by them in accordance with their privacy policies. Through the menu settings of the social network of reference, the user can at any time adjust and disable the sharing of such information.
